Dr Ng Chiew Sum is Principal Scientist of JPS Partners which he founded in 2000.
Dr Ng has over 40 years experience in Research, Operations, and Technical Service roles. He is most interested in the research of novel materials, analytical methods and new technologies in rubber product and glove production.

Jee Kwan is a consultant with expertise in Operations Management, Training & Development and Human Resources. He spent 11 years in the Oil & Gas industry spanning 3 continents.
Jee Kwan holds an MEng Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
